Delivery:

We want to make it clear that the production of the name-tags can take from 1 to 2 weeks before they are sent from our warehouse.

Design and colors:

Light colored fonts on light colored background colors and dark fonts on dark backgrounds can be hard to read. The colors on the tags might vary a little bit from the colors on your screen. The tag is printed exactly as it is designed in the generator. Take a close look at the preview before ordering, as the design is sent directly to production. If you would like to change the design after ordering or if there are any mistakes in spelling, etc. we will not be able to refund or print another tag wothout charging you for another tag.

Hygienic item-dock:

The Migenic item-dock is made of 100% silicone and withstands decontamination at high temperatures. We recommend taking out the magnet before decontaminating the item-dock. 

Name tag:

The tag can be cleaned with alcohol or other types of decontamination products. The tags are produced in the UK and are interchangable without having to buy another item-dock. The size of the name-tag is standard and independet of the size of the item-dock.

Pacemaker users:

We do not recommend The Migenic for customers using pacemakers, as the products contains a magnet. If you use a pacemaker and still choose to use this product we do not take any responsibility.

Norwegian design:

The product is Vaktrommet A/S's own developed product and has a Norwegian design protection.
