Why does Vaktrommet AS process my data?

We have determined it necessary to collect some personal data as abovementioned in order to adapt our websites to our customers and fulfil our sales agreements. Purchases from our website: Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and information about the Migenic nametag design. The processing is necessary to fulfil the sales agreement with you. We need your name, address and e-mail address in order for us to deliver the products you ordered to the correct address and person. Not always, but often do customers want their name and title on the nametag. If you design the nametag with this information, we will process the information to be able to produce the nametag you customized. In addition, it is important for us to know who has bought the products in case something happens to the product, or you contact us about an error or an issue. To be able to send you an order confirmation, we also need your e-mail address. If desired, you can create a password associated with your e-mail address so that the information is saved for the next purchase.
Development of the website: Shopping basket movements, customer movements on the website are obtained in order to improve and develop the interaction design on the website. This information cannot, however, be identified to a person.
Develop accurate content on social media: reading and engagement from apps as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and on our website. We obtain information about the social media engagement/viewing range to develop more accurate content for our viewers and customers. This information is not identified to specific people. Respond to inquiries: Name, telephone number, e-mail address and any other personal information that may arise from the inquiry. We need to process this data to be able to respond to the inquiries.
