www.vaktrommet.no and www.migenic.com/se are owned by Vaktrommet AS, org.no. 996263274 (Sweden org nr: SE810331287501) and is a Norwegian company. The Migenic equipment-holder is a Norwegian product and design. www.migenic.com/www.migenic.eu is the online store that applies to customers outside Norway and Sweden, www.migenic.se is the online store that applies to customers in Sweden and www.vaktrommet.no is the online store that applies for customers in Norway.

Sales conditions
We kindly ask you to read through our sales conditions before purchasing from our websites. By purchasing from us, you accept our terms and conditions. The conditions below apply all contracts of purchase and delivery of products from our websites. All purchases in the online stores are confirmed with an order confirmation.
The sales conditions below are standard and are in line with the rules on consumer purchases and trading in online stores. The Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Act, the Right of Cancellation Act and the E-commerce Act apply to purchases from the online store. The laws give you rights that we cannot deviate from to your disadvantage.
Price
The stated prices on the website + delivery fee in NOK, SEK, EUR for the item(s) is the total price buyers in Norway and within the EU must pay. For orders in Norway and within the EU, the price includes VAT and taxes. For purchases outside the EU, the price will be stated in USD without VAT and taxes that the customer may have to pay afterwards in accordance with the national rules for the country they are receiving the items.
Agreement
The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent his order to us. The agreement is however not binding if there has been a typing or typing error in the offer from the seller in the online store or in the customer´s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error.
Payment
We offer various payment solutions for purchases in our online store. For buyers in Sweden, we offer payment through Visa, Mastercard, Applepay, PayPal and Klarna. For buyers in Denmark, we offer payment with Visa, Mastercard, Applepay, PayPal and Mobilpay. For buyers in countries other than those mentioned above, we offer payment with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
Delivery and shipping
We have various delivery options. International delivery with no tracking is 12 euros and takes 1-2 weeks (Bring/DHL). International delivery with tracking is 35 euros and takes 1-2 weeks (DHL/UPS/Fedex).
The name tags are produced in England and have a production time of up to 14 days. When ordering nameplates, 14 days must therefore be calculated in addition to the delivery time stated above. For the fastest possible production time, we recommend placing your order before Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays at 8 am, then the order will go into production the same day.
Right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify the us within 14 days of receiving the delivery at the latest. You have to notify us by e-mail or SMS with reference to the order number.
Name tags are a “manufacturing purchase”. This means that we print the name tags in accordance with your choice in the designer on the website. The right of withdrawal does not apply to manufactured purchases. If you regret the purchase of Migenic with a name tag, only the Migenic equipment-holder itself can be returned.
Complaint
We advise the customer to check that the item(s) are in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the items have been damaged during transport or whether they otherwise contain defects in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act.
If the goods have defects, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand rectification of the error, redelivery, price reduction, compensation or that the purchase is canceled in line with the rules in the Consumer Purchases Act. Notification must be given within a reasonable time after you discovered the error or deficiency, cf. Consumer Purchase Act.
The name tags are manufacturing purchase. This means that we print the name tags in accordance with your choice in the designer on the website. If there are typographical errors or other errors in the design, this will not be changed by us. If you are not satisfied with your own design, it will not be considered a "deficiency" according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
For reasons of proof, we recommend that the complaint be sent to us in writing by email: post@vaktrommet.no. In the email, we ask that you state the order number, a description of the fault/deficiency and a picture of the product showing the fault.
Other
We do not guarantee that all the items in the online shop www.migenic.com/se and www.vaktrommet.no are in stock at the time of ordering. If an item is sold out, we will contact you by phone or e-mail within a short time.
Please note that the colors of our items, the name tags in particular, may differ somewhat in the color on the screen and in reality. It is the customer's own computer and screen settings that determine how the color is displayed. We can therefore not guarantee that the pictures reflect the real color of the item.
